Didier Lesteven, Chairman

didierlestevenDidier Lesteven brings more than 25 years' experience in the high-tech sector to the Board. He has expertise in the management and development of IT companies internationally, as well as in licensing of portfolios of international patents. He held management positions at HP, 3COM, Sterling Commerce and Infovista before taking over as President and CEO of Medialive, which was acquired in 2009 by the Kudelski Group after six years of international expansion. Most recently, he was Chairman of companies in the Web, security and mobile sectors, and a member of General Management in a Cloud Computing company.

 


Jacques Chatain, Vice-President

Jacques Chatain est co-fondateur et Membre du Directoire d’Auriga Partners. Il a été à l’origine de nombreux investissements principalement dans le secteur des technologies de l’information. Il siège actuellement au Conseil d’Administration des Sociétés Miliboo et Wallix.
Il est en outre en charge des relations investisseurs et des relations publiques.
Entre 1981 et 1998 Jacques était investisseur et Secrétaire Général de Finovelec (Société Financière d’Innovation) , tout en assurant diverses responsabilités financières et administratives au sein du Groupe IDI entre 1975 et 1987. thierry-dassaultThierry Dassault has extensive expertise in the ICT, Internet, media and high-tech sectors. Having served as Manager of Equipements Civils pour l’Electronique Serge DASSAULT in Brazil from 1979 to 1981, then CEO of an alarm systems company from 1982 to 1984, Thierry Dassault was appointed Chairman of Production Marcel Dassault, which became Dassault Multimédia in 1994. Refocusing the activities of this family company to concentrate on the security and Internet sectors and acquiring interests in Infogrames, Gemplus, Infonie, BFM, CdandCo, Net2one, Emme and Welcome Real-time, Thierry Dassault transformed the business into an investment fund specialising in new information technologies. In 2004, Thierry Dassault organised the merger that created Keynectis (French digital certification hub), of which he is Chairman.

2006 saw Thierry Dassault relinquish the chairmanship of Dassault Multimédia to create his own structure to invest in emerging technologies, TDH, which has shareholdings in Aquarelle, Bernardaud, Keynectis, Halys, I-Ces, Oletis, YouScribe.com, and now Wallix.

He is currently Vice-President of the Groupe Industriel Marcel Dassault with responsibility for ICTs and sits on the Boards of: Dassault Médias (Le Figaro), Gaumont, Groupe Industriel Marcel Dassault, Halys, I-Ces, Keynectis, Particulier et Finances Editions, Véolia Environnement and Véolia Eau.
He is Chair of the 58th IHEDN (Institut des Hautes Etudes de la Défense Nationale) National Session.

 


Access2Net, represented by Pierre-Yves Dargaud

ccess2Net is represented by Pierre-Yves Dargaud. Pierre-Yves brings his extensive expertise in Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to Excentive. He is Chairman of AP Management, a firm specialising in M&A, capital transactions and company valuations. Prior to this, Pierre-Yves Dargaud's career was in management and finance in the information and communication technologies sector, including as Associate Director of Apax Partners.

 


SOPROMEC, represented by Stéphane Taunay

Chairman of the Board of Directors (IEP Paris, ESSEC). Stéphane had a career as an entrepreneur, creating and selling a number of companies, particularly in the area of on-line technologies, before joining Sopromec.
